Carol Kolster

Carol Kolster is an accomplished senior executive offering more than two decades of expertise in supply chain logistics, business operations, and high-level service delivery. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her ability to navigate complex global environments and implement strategic programs that improve efficiency for Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, as the Vice President of Operations at EFL Global, Carol managed a diverse team of managers and spearheaded internal system improvements recognized for driving operational excellence.

 

Carol’s professional journey includes significant leadership roles at industry giants such as Ryder Systems, Inc. and Maersk Inc., where she successfully managed a $40M portfolio for key clients like Procter & Gamble. Her expertise spans profit and loss projections, succession planning, and strategic execution. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Susquehanna University and has further refined her leadership through The Wharton School’s Executive Presence and Influence program.

 

 

Driven by a commitment to her local community in Brielle, Carol joined the Female Forward Alliance (FFA) to serve as its Treasurer. She was drawn to the FFA’s core pillars of Connection, Mentorship, and Service, recognizing an opportunity to use her professional strengths to build a sustainable foundation for the non-profit. By providing rigorous fiscal oversight, Carol ensures that the FFA can continue to empower women and support the Empowering Futures Fund, creating lasting opportunities for the next generation.
