Erin Sainte Augustine
Erin Sainte Augustine is a seasoned legal risk and compliance leader with more than 20 years of experience guiding top‑tier international law firms through complex conflicts, compliance, and risk matters. She currently serves as Director of Conflicts & Intake Compliance at a global law firm, where she oversees firmwide new business intake, conflicts analysis, and compliance across U.S. and international offices. Erin leads a multidisciplinary team of conflicts attorneys, analysts, and intake specialists and is responsible for resolving sophisticated conflicts and risk issues, balancing ethical obligations with the firm’s strategic and financial objectives. Over the course of her career, she has held leadership roles at four additional international law firms, working across New York, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C.
Known for her collaborative leadership style, sound judgment, and ability to navigate sensitive, high‑pressure matters with discretion and clarity, Erin remains deeply engaged with emerging developments and best practices in conflicts, risk and compliance.
Erin previously served on the Board of FFA for two years as Treasurer and currently continues her service as a Trustee. She is strongly committed to community engagement, dedicating her time to volunteering with women’s organizations, and is passionate about mentoring women in leadership—particularly in the areas of change management and self‑advocacy. Outside of work, Erin enjoys traveling, cooking, cycling, art, and music
