Jennifer Obsuth
Jennifer Obsuth, a resident of Brielle, New Jersey, brings nearly twenty years of expertise in the marketing industry to her role as President and Co-founder of the Female Forward Alliance (FFA). Alongside her co-founder, Courtney Gilmartin, Jennifer is dedicated to growing a non-profit that delivers tangible, lasting impact to local areas.
Before founding her consultancy, Reach Catalyst Group, Jennifer served as the COO of a prominent marketing agency, where she developed a keen understanding of the unique challenges facing modern business owners and the power of strategic, agile support.

Jennifer’s leadership of the FFA is rooted in a desire for meaningful, local change. During her tenure in the agency world, she recognized a recurring need for flexible, expert guidance—a principle she now applies to community development. By championing fractional marketing services professionally, she ensures the businesses she advises can navigate complex landscapes; by leading the FFA, she ensures the community has a structured, impactful way to support its neighbors.

Jennifer and Courtney Gilmartin founded the Female Forward Alliance with a clear, personal vision: to create an organization that Jennifer’s own daughter would be proud to join. They believe in the power of building women up by fostering authentic connection through service. By focusing on initiatives that give back, Jennifer and Courtney have created a space where women can bond through purpose-driven work, ensuring the legacy of the FFA is rooted in both professional sisterhood and collective local impact.
