Deanna Blasi DeAndino

Deanna Blasi DeAndino is the founder of The Mindset Tapestry, an innovative tool designed to instill a healthy mindset in children through positive affirmations and mirror talk. Originally from Central New Jersey, Deanna began her career in New York City’s Fashion District after studying PR and Fashion Merchandising at Marist College. Seeking more meaningful work, she pivoted to education, earning a Master’s Degree from Monmouth University and focusing on students with special needs.

Her experience as an educator, particularly during the challenging times of a global pandemic, and becoming a mother, profoundly influenced her dedication to mental wellness. This personal and professional evolution inspired the creation of The Mindset Tapestry, reflecting her commitment to transforming children’s lives.

In the Female Forward Alliance (FFA), Deanna is valued for her creative and compassionate approach, deeply resonating with the organization's mission of empowerment and community impact. She appreciates FFA for its woman-led structure, offering a supportive space for women to connect, share, and grow together.
